Program Description
Crewsmith sends transactional service messages for field-service businesses, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, on-the-way notices, invoice links, review links, service request updates, and related customer-service messages. We do not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messages.
Consent Is Optional
You do not need to agree to receive SMS messages to request service or buy goods or services. If you do not opt in, Crewsmith may still help the business manage your request through other channels, but we will not send you SMS messages unless you opt in later.
Frequency, Fees, And Delivery
Message frequency varies, typically 2-6 messages per service appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
Opt Out And Help
Reply STOP to any Crewsmith SMS to opt out. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in where supported. Reply HELP for help, use the SMS preferences page, or email info@crewsmith.app.
Privacy
We use mobile numbers and SMS consent records to provide the requested messaging service. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Read the Crewsmith privacy policy.
