Crewsmith End-User License Agreement

Effective October 31, 2026. This agreement sets out the license under which businesses and their teams use the Crewsmith software and its integrations.

About this agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between Crewsmith LLC ("Crewsmith", "we") and each business that subscribes to Crewsmith and each person who uses it ("you"). It covers the Crewsmith web dashboard, the technician mobile app, the customer portal and Crewsmith's integrations with other services (together, the "Software").

This EULA works alongside the Crewsmith Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, the Terms of Service control. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

As long as you follow this EULA and pay any fees that apply, Crewsmith gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software during your business's subscription, only for your business's internal operations.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Crewsmith and its licensors keep all rights, title and interest in it, including all copies, updates and intellectual property. You get no rights except the ones this EULA expressly grants.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify or make derivative works of the Software; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows this despite this restriction; rent, lease, resell, sublicense or otherwise give it to anyone else; remove proprietary notices; get around its security features, access controls or usage limits; use it to build a competing product; or use it in a way that breaks the law or the Terms of Service.

Your data

Your business owns the data it puts into Crewsmith. You let Crewsmith host, process and send that data only as needed to provide the Software, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party integrations, including QuickBooks

When you connect a third-party service such as QuickBooks Online, you authorize Crewsmith to access and exchange data with that service on your behalf, such as customers, items, invoices and payments, only as needed for the features you turn on. You are responsible for your account with that service and for following its terms.

You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from Crewsmith settings. When you do, Crewsmith stops syncing, deletes the access tokens it stored for that connection and asks Intuit to revoke them. You can also remove Crewsmith from your QuickBooks account.

Crewsmith is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or changes of a third-party service. Review the data Crewsmith syncs into your accounting records; Crewsmith does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

Crewsmith is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.

Mobile app stores

If you got the technician app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, this EULA is between you and Crewsmith, not Apple or Google. Crewsmith alone is responsible for the app and its support. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. You may use the app only on devices you own or control, as the store's usage rules allow.

Updates

Crewsmith may update the Software from time to time, and some updates may be required to keep using it.

Termination

This license ends when your business's subscription ends, or earlier if you break this EULA. When it ends, you must stop using the Software. The sections on ownership, restrictions, your data, disclaimers and liability, responsibility for claims, export and government use, and governing law continue after it ends.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Crewsmith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and Crewsmith's total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the fees your business paid Crewsmith in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Responsibility for claims

You will defend and indemnify Crewsmith against third-party claims arising from your use of the Software, your data, or your breach of this EULA or the law.

Export and government use

You will follow the export laws that apply to the Software. The Software is commercial computer software, and government users receive it only under the terms of this EULA.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to it go to the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

Changes to this agreement

Crewsmith may update this EULA. When it does, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Software after an update means you accept it.
